Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. If your order is not cancelled, then once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your items. ANABELLE TSITSIN LTD. will bear the risk of transport to the customer. The goods will be ready for shipment approximately one day following your order. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, the delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address given by the customer. If you order Product(s) for international delivery, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability. As such, certain products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products, or to cancel any order. If there are any revisions, discontinuances, or cessations, we may, within our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered, or can cancel your order entirely.

ANABELLE TSITSIN LTD. accepts credit card as form of payment for online purchases. As such, the customer will be required to pay any transfer costs or bank charges incurred.

The goods will be delivered as soon as the bank or credit card company has confirmed that payment has been successfully made.
